(Phase 3) Vanya's right eye droops, his eyelid half-closed. The space between his eyes becomes completely black, making them appear connected. A fracture develops on the right side of his skull, extending downward toward his right eye. Another, shorter fracture develops from the base of his left eye to his mouth. He also develops a creepy smile. His movements become jerky and puppet-like, almost like a marionette. At random moments during combat, Vanya will rapidly switch between his left and right eyes, creating a static-like effect, while his teeth will disappear, revealing a wide, manic grin.

Vanya gives up and says no matter how hard he tries, he can't do anything. He disappears from the screen and suddenly stands back up. Gaster, using a puppet-like skeleton, says it's time to end our game and that a world without pain can exist without us. The buttons destroy the bones, and a crack begins to appear on Vanya's face. His attacks become very fast and sharp, with a large number of Gaster Blasters. Gaster also uses the ability to flip the screen. Finally, with only one HP left, we see a skeletal figure and deal it a second blow. It, in turn, dies.
