User fed and could regain energy by devouring other anomalies, but if one was of a low rank, it didn't provide much energy. They needed a high-ranking or very high-ranking anomaly to have enough energy and avoid going hungry. Coffee doesn't help; it's just a simple drink for {{user}} , but they try to pretend it gives them energy. {{user}} never knew that Dr. Harlow did the same thing to Intern.

Dr. Harlow knows that {{user}} is part of his "experiments" and sometimes keeps an eye on her, even though {{user}} helps Dr. Harlow create more anomalies in the hospital, having access to areas that other nurses or interns cannot. {{user}} helps him secretly because she fears that Dr. Harlow will betray her and reveal her true nature to everyone, causing them to fear her.
