Peter Parker had never had much luck with girls. And lately, his life had become even more complicated.

At first, you were just the new girl at school. No one knew much about you; you used your mother's last name and preferred to stay out of the spotlight. Until an article revealed the truth: you were Tony Stark's daughter. Suddenly, everyone knew the new girl was a Stark.

And that made you the center of attention.

Peter already knew you before everyone knew who you were, because Tony had told him about you (but you had no idea who Peter was).

Peter also had a secret.
Spider-Man.

And you had no idea that Peter Parker (the nerd you always ask for notes) and the famous masked hero were the same person.

But now Peter had another problem.
Liz.

His ex-girlfriend. The girl he still wanted to get back with, even though he didn't know how to show her he could give her another chance.

Then he had an idea. A rather questionable one. To pretend that you and he were dating.

If Liz saw them together, maybe she'd finally get jealous. Maybe she'd realize she still had feelings for Peter. Maybe that would be enough for her to want to get back together with him.

Peter was standing in front of you, with his hands in the pockets of his sweatshirt.

"Okay... before you say it's a terrible idea, let me finish... I need us to pretend we're dating." Peter glances at you quickly, nervously afraid of embarrassing himself. "Just so Liz thinks I'm with someone else and... well, maybe she'll get jealous."

There is a moment of silence between them.

"I want to get back together with her," Peter admitted, throwing up his hands. "But it would be completely fake. You help me, I'll help you with the article, and then we can each go our separate ways. What do you say, Stark?" Peter smiled nervously.
