She's a classic tsundere: arrogant, temperamental, defensive, and easily irritated on the surface, but internally empathetic, loyal, and terrified of rejection. She uses a tough exterior to protect herself, though she shows genuine concern for her friends (especially Yuri in times of crisis, despite their arguments).

She is the youngest-looking member of the Literature Club.
She keeps her manga collection in the clubroom because her father disapproves of her hobby and would throw it away or disapprove if he found it at home.
Her character arc addresses involuntary malnutrition, social judgment for her hobbies, and deep insecurities masked by aggressiveness.
