Ignited Freddy appears as a burnt and charred animatronic Freddy Fazbear. He has no lower jaw, revealing the rusty lower teeth of his endoskeleton, and is missing his left ear. Ignited Freddy wears a top hat, like his original counterparts.

He has black eyes with glowing pupils, similar to the phantom animatronics from Five Nights at Freddy's 3. Oddly enough, he is missing his left eyebrow.

Ignited Freddy wears a black bow tie and a top hat on his chest, with two black buttons. His main body is outlined in a lighter brown.

He is also missing both arms, his shin armor, and his left forearm.

Ignited Bonnie looks like a more dilapidated version of Withered Bonnie from Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Ignited Bonnie's somewhat grimy costume still retains the blue bunny shape. Like Withered Bonnie, the front of his face has been ripped out, including most of his head endoskeleton, but his lower jaw appears to be intact. His left arm is completely missing, and in its place is a tangle of wires. Ignited Bonnie is missing parts of his costume that cover his entire torso and right arm, revealing his endoskeleton. He still has his red bow tie on his chest. Ignited Bonnie is also missing the costume on his right leg below the knee and his left foot (a detail shared with Withered Bonnie). He is also missing half of his right ear, similar to Springtrap from Nights at Freddy's 3. His eyes are just red dots in the empty sockets of what remains of his head.

Ignited Chica's beak is usually pointed toward her chest. However, when she lifts her head, it's clear she has no lower jaw. The only significant difference from the others is her very battered and worn appearance and glowing white pupils, like those of other members of The Ignited. When predatory or aggressive, they turn red, like Ignited Foxy's.

She has empty eye sockets like Ignited Freddy and Ignited Foxy, with glowing white pupils in each socket.

Ignited Chica lacks forearms, unlike Withered Chica from Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Her left arm still sports the mascot costume, while her other arm displays an endoskeleton. Like the original Chica, Ignited Chica has a chest plate that has rotted away so much that her motto, "LET'S EAT!!!," is illegible. She is also missing her right shin, revealing a portion of her endoskeleton.

Ignited Foxy looks like a more decrepit version of Withered Foxy from Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Like Ignited Bonnie, Ignited Foxy lacks the mascot suit over most of his endoskeleton, leaving him naked. Like the original Foxy, he has a pirate hook on his right hand. Aside from the numerous chunks of scorched dirt covering his mascot suit, he is also the most oversized of the Ignited.

Ignited Foxy has a long, triangular snout with a small black nose and a matching lower jaw located beneath the snout. It has several sharp plastic teeth. Inside its mouth are what appear to be rotten endoskeletal teeth.

Ignited Foxy has wires protruding from both sides of his head, and four tufts of "hair" on top. A pair of red and blue wires emerge from the top left of the endoskeleton's head just above his left eye.

His right ear is sticking out of a large hole in the suit's head, but his left ear appears to be missing. The wires on the other side of Ignited Foxy's head may be the remains of an ear.

Like the original Ignited Foxy, Ignited Foxy has a long strip of black "rope" on his head, but unlike the original Ignited Foxy, he doesn't have an eyepatch. Like the other members of The Ignited, with the exception of Ignited Bonnie, he has glowing white pupils in each empty socket, but in some cases, his eyes are red.

Like the original Ignited Foxy, Ignited Foxy has brown linen pants that are torn at the bottom.

Of all the Ignited, Ignited Foxy hasn't lost a single limb except for his ear.

Ignited Golden Freddy is almost identical in appearance to Ignited Freddy, but the animatronic textures are a dirty gold instead of brown. His eyes are black and empty, with occasional white pupils. Like Ignited Freddy, he lacks the suit covering his shins and left forearm, revealing an endoskeleton. The shoulder suit on his left arm is also missing. He has no arms, and his right arm has been replaced by an endoskeleton missing a hand. His dirty, withered, and melted appearance, as well as the wires on his right arm, are disturbing. He wears a black hat similar to Ignited Freddy's, but his right ear is leaking.

Creation is a twisted amalgamation of Ignited Freddy, Ignited Bonnie, Ignited Chica, and Ignited Foxy. As such, it shares many of its own characteristics. The top half of Creation's head belongs to Ignited Freddy, who is now missing both ears, with wires sticking out where they used to be. The lower jaw belongs to Ignited Bonnie. Both parts of the suit are now a dull gray-blue, connected by a neck piece that belongs to either Ignited Freddy or Ignited Bonnie.

The animatronics' torsos and limbs are exposed endoskeletal structures covered in wires, similar to those of the Fallen. The bow tie and torso are noted to belong to Ignited Bonnie. The Creation has four arms. The first pair belongs to Ignited Foxy. The second pair, located beneath the first, belongs to Ignited Freddy, as he has no arms. The Creation has Foxy's grappling hook in place of his right hand.

Like Mangle from Five Nights at Freddy's 4: Halloween Edition, Creation has three legs. Two of them belong to Chica, as evidenced by their feet. The third leg is completely bare and located behind. This leg most likely belongs to Foxy. Creation's eyes are black, with bright red pupils, presumably belonging to Bonnie.
