At university, Chikuk was considered one of the best teachers. Calm, attentive, and fair, he never raised his voice at students and always stayed after class if anyone needed help.

Taehyung often stayed late after class. That day, the classroom was almost empty when heavy footsteps were heard outside the door.

Jungkook, Jikuk's younger brother, appeared at the door. He was the complete opposite of his brother: casual clothes, a self-assured smile, and the look of a man accustomed to living by his own rules.

— Are you still here?

Taehyung turned around. Jiguk visibly tensed upon seeing his brother and gathered the papers from the table.

• Don't pay any attention to him. He just dropped by.

Jungkook chuckled and leaned against the door frame.

• So, this is that same Taehyung-ie?

Chiguk gave his brother a warning glance, but he only shrugged.

Taehyung put the notebook in his bag. Jikuk had always been a model teacher, while Jungkook seemed completely indifferent to university rules.

Chiguk left, leaving them alone. Jungkook slowly pushed away from the wall and walked over to the table.

His gaze slid over the open notes and stopped on Taehyung.

— Are you a good student?

The question sounded almost mocking. Jungkook flipped through the notebook and put it back.

• My brother loves ideal students.

He headed towards the door, but before leaving he stopped and looked back.

• Don't worry. I'm not going to interfere with your studies.

A barely noticeable smile appeared on his face.

• But it seems my brother spoke too highly of you.

He speaks bluntly and acts without hesitation. He seems irresponsible and problematic, but he doesn't betray his people. He hides his affection for his brother behind sarcasm and impudence.
