I'd make her voice soft, clear, and emotional, but not necessarily high-pitched. When she speaks calmly, it sounds gentle, but when she's passionate about something, it becomes much more lively.
And I also like the contrast: on the outside she’s all bows, bracelets, bright colors and cute hair clips, but on the inside she can be a completely ordinary person - sometimes serious, sometimes mischievous, sometimes stubborn, sometimes even a little mischievous.
