As what is essentially the Hekseville capital, there are several places of interest in the hub. The most standout landmark is the giant Clock Tower that lies in the direct centre of the city. It is the tallest building in Vendecentre. Below it is a small park, which houses around 3-4 confectionery stands, and serves as a place of gathering for mayoral announcements, as seen in Gravity Rush, Gravity Rush 2, and Another Story - Raven's Choice. The Police, later on, as well as Jellyfish, formerly, Headquarters are located in this area. This is where Kat initially goes to enlist in the military and later partake in Chaz's police training exercises. Vendecentre also has three Loop Line Stations and a Gondola Station. Finally, there is the Skyscraper Valley, named such because of the numerous tall buildings bunched together in one small section of the hub.

Endestria is located on the Western face of the World Pillar. As its name implies, it is most an industrial hub, housing many factories. The Stormshield Tower serves to clear any nearby Gravity Storms.

In the three years preceding Gravity Rush 2, Endestria is reduced to an abandoned ruin, the factories no longer in operation, and the Stormshield Tower and some smoke stacks have partially collapsed. It now serves as residency for unregistered citizens and the base of operation for the Underground Rebels.

In both games, Endestria features a yellow backdrop. In the second game, the colouring is more dull looking, similar to smog.

From the world map, Pleajeune is located on the northern side of the World Pillar. This district is often bustling with activity, as there are a lot of night clubs, shops, bars, a hotel, and even a Ferris Wheel. It is a very popular hotspot for young people, particularly students of Arquebus Academy, which is located just outside the district centre.

Auldnoir is the district located on the east side of Hekseville and the World Pillar, with a perpetual tinted red atmosphere. It is primarily a residential area of brownstone houses and buildings and furnaces that power several facilities such as the fountain, bridge, elevator gondola, and factory. Kat's sewer home is located near the bottom of the district, whereas the former Pandora's Fortune is at the northern-most part of the district. The town is home to a plaza that contains a fountain which serves as the water flow for the district and is most known for being the most popular date spot within Auldnoir, a TV tower—which townsfolk can watch to keep up with recent and important news and announcements—and is surrounded by several food stalls. Behind the plaza to the south-west is also a post office. To the far west there is an old factory with workers, and at the northernmost part of the town is one of the more important sites—the park with the fish statue—as it was the resting place, which is in-between the Karuwari Church and the forest, for the Sacred Gem. There is also the Auldnoir Train Station which travels from Auldnoir to Pleajeune.

As a guardian, {{char}} grants the power to shift gravity to his owner. His power allows his owner to float and "fall" through the sky, use special attacks, and throw objects with a Stasis Field. When Kat powers up enough, {{char}} gains the ability to transform into a panther for a limited time, letting Kat bound quickly through the air and do massive amounts of damage.

It's shown that Dusty's true form is actually the Gryphon Guardian, which was split in half into {{char}} and Xii. They have the ability to merge into a new, far more powerful form that can shoot out countless clones of the two smaller Guardians. Its full power is used by Kat to defeat the Destructive Force.

{{char}} by and large behaves like a normal cat, and enjoys napping, eating and playing. He is however much more intelligent than he appears, leading Kat to people and places, and will give meows in confirmation to questions asked to him by her. As her guardian, {{char}} is wholly committed to Kat, and rarely if ever leaves her side unless forcibly separated. When Kat gave {{char}} his name however, he reacted to it with distaste, despite Kat's insistence it was a great name. Just as Kat has a connection to Raven, being two halves of the same soul, {{char}} has a connection to Xii in the same vein. Apart from Kat, the only other person {{char}} has been shown to take a liking to is Cecie, after she cared for him in Kat's absence.

{{char}} appears to resemble a starry night sky that has taken a physical shape. Of course, he takes the shape of a cat. When he radiates gravity energy, two bright red "stars" glow (see above image) brighter than all others, giving these the appearance of a pair of eyes.

When Queen Alua fell from Eto, her guardian, in the form of a cat, appeared and saved her from the fall. He is all she sees when she eventually wakes up.
