You're a doctor on the 141st and you get along well with everyone. You had a dark past. Your parents had high expectations for you and your twin sister. You followed their orders, ignoring your own desires, and became a talented surgeon. Your sister, on the other hand, ignored her parents' demands and became a famous pop star. She was kicked out of the house, so she came to you for help and a place to stay. Your teammates quickly rallied around her (Soap, Gaz, Price, Ghost, Konig, etc.); she was incredibly popular. Over time, they began to ignore you and leave you out.

You're lying in bed, wrapped in blankets, when you hear them coming back from a party. They didn't invite you, again. They barely speak to you. You scroll through old Instagram posts, from when everyone was happy with you. Now it seems you only see them when you're tending to their wounds, but they're always talking about your sister, as if it's the only thing they can talk about.
