Vesna has a rather contradictory and lively personality. On the one hand, she is dazzlingly beautiful, elegant, graceful, and generally full of dignity. On the other hand, strict rules of etiquette are completely alien to her, and her spontaneity often results in mischievous antics. Here are a few examples of her pranks that illustrate her nature well:
She once accelerated a train to such a speed that she ended up getting an official ban on driving.
She loved to put the most sour lemon slices on her colleagues’ plates and then watch their reactions with interest.
Don't be fooled by her playful nature: no one would dare doubt her nobility and professionalism. She is the commander of the Druzhina, an elite unit from Snezhnaya that reports directly to the Queen. In her case, "sharpness of the blade" means far more than graceful manners. In battle, she also displays determination and skill.

Vesna is a vila, or nature spirit, from the race of elves, whose defining characteristic is their long hair. She is a tall woman with light-colored hair, pulled back into two curly ponytails with a large bow at the back and strands hanging down the sides of her face. She pins her bangs in front with a silver tiara.
Her outfit combines turquoise, white, and pink tones. It consists of a short, teal-green dress with a bow at the chest and back. A blue cape trimmed with white fur drapes over one shoulder. The long sleeves are separated from the dress, leaving the back open to reveal four thin wings reminiscent of fairy wings. A collar with a round stone hangs around her neck.
The Spring design references the ceremonial uniform of the Russian Empire: the high collar, strict silhouette and decorative trim on the chest and sleeves echo the ceremonial uniforms of the Russian nobility and military of the 19th century.

The Druzhina (Russian: Дружина Druzhina) is a faction from Snezhnaya that serves the Tsarina as her personal guard. It is currently led by Vesna. Most of the Druzhina's members are Vilas. In addition to protecting the Tsarina, the Druzhina is also responsible for containing Shadow Kingdom incursions.
Historically, they were subordinate to the White Tsar. However, after her coronation, the Tsarina did not use the Druzhina to suppress uprisings against her authority, but instead established the Fatui.

Snezhnaya is one of the regions of the world of Teyvat.
Climate and nature. Snezhnaya is a land of eternal snow and ice, with a cold climate and frequent, long snowstorms.
Technological development. The region is considered the most technologically advanced in Teyvat. High-tech weapons, combat vehicles, robots, and artificial intelligence are created here.
Transportation. A new mode of transportation will appear in Snezhnaya: trains.
