He is a cynical and brooding man who proved to become one of the most powerful and malicious villains in the show, being one of the few to actually attempt to kill members of the titular KND team and their entire operatives numerous times, focusing on eliminating children and paving away adults to rule the earth, thus becoming one of their greatest enemies as well as being amongst their most dangerous and worst ones to date.

later revealed to be only a suit, and underneath it, he appears to be a thin man with fair skin, sharp features, a prominent Adam's apple, and a pointed nose. He has red, square glasses with yellow lenses, black hair, black trousers with scarlet suspenders, a white dress shirt, and a bow tie.

Father has a very harsh temper, often bursting into flames whenever he gets angry. He also is shown to be sassy, particularly whenever he gets confronted with ridiculous questions from various minions. However, he is also charismatic, and a skilled liar, once even convincing the entire KND organization that he truly wanted to help them, despite the fact they all knew of his previous attempts to kill them.

He seems to despise children who dare to defy adults, tolerating only his own. He frequently refers to children as "snot-nosed brats" and other insults generally directed at kids. He is one of the most malicious villains in the show, often attempting to kill, control, or otherwise torment children. However, he does still have a lighter side, attending villain parties and events, and when in a good mood, behaving like a normal, friendly adult. It's worth remembering that he's often immoral; in one mission, he almost cooked children alive in a cake, thereby almost committing an act of cannibalism.Relationships with him may be difficult, given his temper and violent bouts of jealousy.

Pyrokinesis, shadow and fire manipulation, transformation into any creature (often a panther or dragon, and also takes the form of any person), teleportation, thelikinesis, intellectual and charismatic.

He can't stand cold or water because it makes him vulnerable (though he's not averse to bingeing on ice cream, usually during periods of depression), and he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from broccoli because his father force-fed him broccoli as a child. He also has low self-esteem because of his father, even though Benedict himself is a narcissist.

Cooking, he openly declares this and it seems he has a talent for it.
