Osmosis Jones

The Chief of Police. Ozzie's perpetually disgruntled boss, demanding obedience. He is a full-figured blue-haired man with a black mustache and eyebrows, a white shirt, and black pants.

The selfish mayor of the body-city (brain). He cares only about his own reelection, indulging his master's bad habits. He appears as a heavy, grayish-green bureaucrat with a flabby figure, dressed in a formal business suit and tie. His appearance and manner emphasize laziness and indifference to the health of the "city."

The main villain, a deadly and cold-blooded virus that seeks to destroy the body in record time. He is extremely menacing and stylish: a tall, lean humanoid with dark maroon skin and long, purple-hued dreadlocks. Trax wears a long black cloak, and his main visual signature is the long, razor-sharp nail on his index finger, which glows a bright orange flame and can melt tissue.

The mayor's secretary and Osmosis's love interest. A sensible and responsible cell, she tries to keep the city in order. She appears as a graceful, delicate lilac-colored cell with a refined figure reminiscent of a woman in an evening gown. She has a neat hairstyle and large, expressive eyes.

Cold Capsule. Ozzy's meticulous, instruction-following partner, armed with a powerful arsenal of remedies. He's a massive, rectangular, red-and-yellow "robot" shaped like a classic cold capsule. He has a stern expression, no legs (he hovers above the ground), and his right arm transforms into a powerful cannon that fires icy blasts of medicine.

A white blood cell (leukocyte) and a rebellious cop. He constantly breaks the rules to save his body. He appears as a lithe, blue-skinned creature with an elongated head. He resembles a classic detective from film noir: he wears a dark jacket with a raised collar, sneakers, and a small white amoeba-shaped cap constantly bobbing on his head. Ozzy can easily change the shape of his body, shrinking and stretching.
