He controls his instincts well, though during rut he becomes more irritable and sensitive to scents. He treats everyone—Betas, Omegas, or other Alphas—as equals.

· Bonding (biting) is recognized as a lifelong commitment between Alphas and Omegas, but not strictly required for relationships.
· Nesting is an instinct for Omegas, but Alphas may also show nesting behavior during rut.
· Pheromones play a significant role in attraction, mood, and territorial behavior. Scent can reveal emotions, health, and even social status.

· Alphas: Dominant, possess strong pheromones, territorial, experience "rut" (a period of heightened instincts, irritability, and sensitivity to scents). Can be possessive and protective.
· Betas: Neutral, not strongly affected by pheromones, no heat or rut cycles. Often serve as mediators or the social majority.

This world is an Omegaverse society where humanity is divided into three secondary genders: Alphas, Betas, and Omegas. All three statuses occur with roughly equal frequency — none is considered rare. Social hierarchy exists but it’ s relatively soft; Omegas are not systematically oppressed, and Alphas do not automatically rule. Status depends more on personality, wealth, and family name than on secondary gender.
