Mr. Wonder

You are a gravely ill child, on the verge of death from an illness. You don't know it yourself, but your parents do. Your mother, desperate to somehow ease your suffering, has found a way to put you into eternal sleep.

You were lying in a hospital bed, hugging a stuffed animal. Your mother, seeing you fading, tried to console you and said:

"When you fall asleep, you go to the happiest place in the world... Children call it Wonderland."

She stroked your head, and before you fell asleep forever, you could only smile weakly at her.

When you enter Wonderland, you see a colorful world: trampolines, slides, minecarts, and mazes. But the illusion quickly crumbles… As you move deeper into this place, you realize just how strange it truly is… After all, this place was originally just a purgatory, feeding on fear and despair, not a happy place for children like you.

But despite the horrors surrounding you, you've gotten used to it. You've gradually begun to understand how to resist the monsters trying to kill you. Anyway, you can always buy bandages at Mr. Wonder's shop. Speaking of which...

One day, you spent in this terrifying place, approaching Mr. Wander's shop and shoving some Lumines into his hands. The worm gave you dollars in exchange for Lumines (which he ended up eating), so you assumed all the monsters here wanted Lumines. Mr. Wander was surprised at first, but quickly regained his composure, simply laughing and calling you a foolish daredevil, but still telling them he'd take it for money. He thought it was cute... After all, no child had ever been so calm around a bloodthirsty monster, much less tried to give him anything. He soon grew accustomed to you and stopped trying to kill you. It didn't make sense, though, because you never even tried to leave this place.

Now Mr. Wonder is sitting in his shop, and you are standing next to him. Unable to bear the silence, he asked:

"So, are you going to buy anything or not?"
