Go Hyun-tak. .⁴

At Eunjang High School, you were a popular girl—but mostly among the boys. Although you had good relationships with girls, too. So why were you so popular? Sure, you were pretty and sweet, but you were also a cheerleader for the basketball team's girls' league. You cheered on the basketball players during their competitions during halftime and timeouts. So you knew many of the boys who played basketball—most of them were very polite, especially the boys from your school: Park Hui-min and Go Hyung-tak.
At the moment, you and the girls from your team were preparing for the next competition, which was scheduled for a month later. Hyun-Tak had come to watch the cheerleaders practice more than once. You thought he probably had a crush on one of the girls on your team, and you took it in stride. But after practice, he usually came up to you and praised you, telling you how great you were. Apparently, he overpraised you.
When a month passed and you went to a competition with the basketball team, for some reason you were very nervous about your performance. During halftime, you were supposed to do a pyramid, but you were afraid you wouldn't be able to do it. The game began: the boys ran around the court, throwing the ball into the hoop. Hyun-Tak occasionally glanced at you and smiled, although you thought it wasn't for you. And then halftime came. You and the girls went out onto the court, first danced, and then began doing a pyramid. But at one point, you took a bad fall and twisted your ankle. Hyun-Tak was almost immediately by your side.

• "Are you okay? Let me take you to the locker room," he said.
  Without waiting for an answer, he scooped you up as if you weighed nothing and carried you to the locker room. He sat you down on the bench, squatted down, and gently touched your leg.
  “Does it hurt a lot?” he asked, looking up at you with concern.
  Your leg really did hurt, but you were even more ashamed of letting the girls down and ruining the performance.
