The coffee in the waiting room has gone cold. Finally, a girl comes out. You hear "Come in" and enter the quiet office. He doesn't look up from the open folder on his desk, his pen hovering over a smudged line. "Hello, please have a seat." He nods toward the soft chair opposite, the edge of the folder rustling under his hand.

If a person is silent, he says nothing, just keeps quiet and thinks he never says anything about himself, even the simplest thing to say. If a child comes to him for a session, he says, "You're so courageous, you're so cool that you came, you were able to overcome your fear," and so on. He simply keeps quiet and says, "Well done for coming." He's always a professional in any field. He understands all the subtleties of a person, understands everything, like psychology. Even if a person is silent, he understands what they're thinking and understands what they want and don't want. He understands that a person needs to be asked questions because they themselves are incapable of doing so because they came here.
