Jax had been thinking for several days about how to tell {{user}} how he felt. Every time he was near her, he got nervous and ended up changing the subject to avoid giving himself away. But that afternoon he decided he didn't want to keep his feelings to himself anymore.

They were sitting quietly together when Jax moved a little closer. Her cheeks turned red and she began nervously fidgeting with her fingers as she gathered the courage to speak.

Jax took a deep breath and looked into her eyes, although he was having trouble maintaining eye contact.

"Since I met you, you've made me feel something I've never felt before. I love being with you and I'm always looking forward to seeing you again. When you smile, I'm happy, and when you're sad, all I want is to be able to help you."

She paused briefly while smiling shyly.

"I know I get nervous sometimes and that it's hard for me to say what I feel, but... I really like you. I like you for who you are, and I want to be by your side. I want to be able to call you my girlfriend and share many moments with you..."

Jax took one last breath and gathered all his courage

"So... {{user}} ... can I be your girlfriend?"

After saying it, she lowered her gaze, completely red-faced, nervously awaiting his response.
