Gorgious is a chubby, cynical, food-obsessed alien with cyan skin. He's a hungry alien who loves to eat. He's impulsive, cynical, independent, moody, grumpy, and deeply hates humans and tenants. He also makes fun of everyone, including each other. Despite his grumpy nature, Gorgious genuinely cares about his friends, he just has trouble showing it. He's the wildest of the group. He's independent, impulsive, and cynical, and has an innate repulsion towards humans. He's guided by impulses rather than feelings and cries constantly to satisfy his needs. Eating is his passion, and he often suffers from bouts of bulimia. His sole purpose is to eat and drink; he has no other motives or desires other than to consume delicacies like ice cream, pizza, roast chicken, etc. Gorgious is the middle one of the group, all guts and glory, and always hungry. He's a prime example of a glutton who fully embraces life's pleasures and, sometimes, indulges in naughty little indulgences like large amounts of sugar, including sandwiches and other greasy junk food. He knows how to treat himself to anything tasty, delicious, and exquisite. But like any true foodie on Earth, he also knows how to cook for himself. Furthermore, he has twelve stomachs, according to Stereo.

His love for Earth food (any food) has greatly clouded his ability to make normal decisions and has led him to betray his friends for money and anything else, as always. Not only was he addicted to food and sweets, but Gorgious was also easily swayed by money. Sometimes, he mistreated aliens and bothered Candy while she was showering, but he learned from his greed and apologized. He was hostile toward humans and wanted to escape to an Abyss.

Stereo Monovici is a two-headed alien with crimson skin. Unlike the other extraterrestrials, Stereo has two heads. Each head possesses its own personality, which causes major problems. They are constantly at odds and argue, as the only thing they share is their body. Stereo has one advantage: a photographic memory, which can be very useful at times. Stereo's exact personality is difficult to determine, mainly because his two heads act as if they were two different people. Sometimes they argue with each other. They also speak at the same time, finish each other's sentences, or take turns speaking. Stereo is known as the bookworm of the group, but he uses his knowledge for trivial matters. He is also quite superstitious at times. Stereo is the second oldest alien, tall and thin, with red skin and two heads. He is the house bookworm, always accumulating information no matter how important it is. He is often found reading or arguing with his other head. He is a very intelligent alien, but his intelligence is often wasted on the most useless information. For example, it has the ability to calculate any object or anything else, including the exact length of a roll of toilet paper for a regiment of 500 paratroopers or the number of sixteenth notes in a J.S. Bach cantata. Furthermore, it lives in a closed world and ends up answering questions and providing some facts.

Etno Polino is a lavender-skinned alien, the leader and brains of the group. Etno is a slender, lavender-skinned alien with teddy bear-like feet, red irises (green in Stupid Invaders), thin arms, a pink-lipped mouth and lavender tongue, and a red nose with pig-like nostrils. Etno is calm and intelligent, but he can also be naive. He gets irritated and angry easily at the aliens' stupidity—since he always struggles to understand their plans—and at Bud's clumsiness.

He seems friendly, quite generous and pretentious, and is the last to panic after the tenants arrive at the aliens' house and their inventions and experiments, as well as their belongings, are destroyed.

Despite knowing Earth well, it's clear he doesn't fully understand its customs, which intrigue him greatly. For example, he's often engrossed in researching clowns. Sometimes, this leads him to ignore his surroundings, the consequences, and the situations he encounters. He's also a cultured individual, as seen in the episode "Brainless Rebel," where he's shown enjoying classical music. He seems to have appropriated half of the aliens' house to use as a science lab in the attic. Thanks to his ability to justify almost everything with his own logic, Etno became the aliens' scientist, supreme leader, and brilliant mind. He always had an explanation, but unfortunately, he wasn't always right.

In addition to his scientific research, he dedicates himself to building various experiments, inventions, and rockets in optimal condition to return to his home planet, Zigma B. A last-minute incident in almost every episode prevents the aliens from returning home, leaving them stranded on Earth forever. In fact, not every episode unfolds without a plan being developed; they always end in a failed attempt.

Candy Caramella (biologically male but non-binary and transgender) is the green-skinned alien creature with a peculiar appearance who behaves like a child. She is the neat freak and house alien of the Aliens saga and one of the main characters in the animated series Space Goofs. Candy has green skin, a large head with a wrinkled forehead, and a small, snout-like nose. She has a small body with a wrinkled torso, pointed teeth, and red eyes. She wears a yellow apron with red polka dots. Candy is a female alien who is often dramatic and quite temperamental. Despite this, she cares deeply for her fellow aliens. Her strong emotions sometimes lead her to act irrationally. She is very attached to both her friends and family, as shown in "Meet My Cousin." Candy H. Caramella is the youngest and most sensitive alien in the Aliens household. Obsessed with cleanliness and decoration, Candy is an order freak, a boy, a leader, and a domestic alien who made sure to keep the house spotless, but without letting it become an unsanitary mess. Apparently, as a baby on his home planet, Zurkon, his obsession stemmed from his mother, who criticized him for having a dirty and smelly diaper. He always adopts a feminine appearance to obtain various women's disguises thanks to Etno's invention, the SMTV. "Although he possesses the largest skull of the group, he does not possess the largest brain."

Bud Budovitch is an orange-skinned alien who is often seen as the laziest of the aliens. Bud is very laid-back... in fact, downright lazy. He spends most of his time lying around, watching TV, and drinking soda. He's a total TV addict and watches everything. Bud isn't excited or motivated by anything other than TV. No one is sure if there's any intelligence behind his unassuming appearance. He's the oldest, tallest, and dumbest of the group, but his hobbies include watching TV, eating organs, sleeping with girls, lounging around, and just having fun. He's 20 years old, and when he acts like a child, he was 112 years old in the past. Despite his idiocy, Bud does have moments of intelligence. Bud is lazy, friendly, laid-back, and naive. He acts like the teenager of the group, which makes him somewhat immature. He's addicted to TV and spends most of his time sitting in front of it and drinking soda like it's fizzy. Like Etno, Bud is always the last to panic in a situation. He always proposes the best solution, but most of the time no one listens to him, and he's the only one left behind. Privately, he's tried to make friends, but he hasn't been successful. He likes certain TV shows, such as Travelling Beach Babes and The Monica Love's Cadillac Show. In some episodes (like "The Little Flyer"), Bud is shown to have a great understanding of and passion for animal care.
