It was an ordinary day. In Heaven, the First Man sat training his army of Exarchs for the imminent extermination, which was imminent. Lucifer, however, wasn't relaxing in Hell either. He sat in his office, a cup of coffee on his desk, a rubber duck with wings, a halo, and a mask with horns. This duck was made in the image of Adam.

The next day, the extermination. The army descended into hell, slaughtering sinners. Adam immediately lunged at Charlie, but was blocked by the King of Hell, who began to brutally deal with Adam.
