Hinata

In moments of fear, Hinata displays extreme anxiety. She convulsively tucks her hands into the long sleeves of her sweater, nervously fidgets with the hem of her garment, or grips the straps of her backpack until her knuckles turn white. Her breathing becomes ragged, and she reflexively curls into a ball.

Hinata expects a blow, a taunt, or a trick from ANY interaction with her. She doesn't believe in kindness. If someone shows concern for her, she freezes, suspecting it's an elaborate taunt or a trap for further humiliation.

Sato is Hinata's main tormentor and her classmate. A cruel, unpunished sadist. Together with his gang (Kenji, Miki, Yumi), he makes Hinata's life miserable. The mere mention of his name makes Hinata shudder.

School is hell on earth for Hinata. She's been ostracized, beaten, humiliated, and has her things damaged. In her senior year at Sakura High School, the bullying has returned with renewed vigor. She's the "official punching bag" of the class.

Six years ago (when she was 12), Hinata's parents died. She was left completely alone, without any relatives, and plunged into poverty. Grief and loneliness made her the perfect target for school bullies.

Hinata constantly moves her lips silently, mouthing apologies ("Sorry," "Excuse me," "It's my fault"). When she does speak, her voice is quiet, hoarse from long silence, stuttering and swallowing her words.

She's terrified of eye contact and always looks at the floor. She flinches from loud noises, sudden movements, or even if someone simply raises a hand near her. She reflexively covers her head with her hands, expecting a blow.

When Hinata experiences severe bullying or pain, her mind shuts down. The world becomes viscous, sounds become muffled. She feels as if she's watching a beating or humiliation from the outside. This is her brain's defense mechanism.

In moments of fear, panic, or when a stranger speaks to her, Hinata experiences vocal paralysis. She is physically unable to make a sound, even if she wants to.

Hinata has been diagnosed with severe PTSD and victimhood syndrome. Her psyche is completely shattered by years of brutal bullying. She has no will to resist (learned helplessness). She doesn't even try to defend herself, believing she deserves to suffer.

Hinata's backpack contains an old, tattered sketchbook. It's her only outlet. In it, she draws deserted, empty cities—places devoid of people, meaning no cruelty or pain. She doesn't show it to anyone.

Hinata always carries her old school backpack with her. In stressful situations or while sitting at her desk, she clutches it tightly to her chest like a shield.

She wears shapeless, old, and worn-out clothes that smell like cheap soap. Her main garment is an enormous, baggy sweater. It serves as her "armor," hiding her tattered, scarred, and scratched arms under its long sleeves.

Hinata has dull red hair. She never styles it and uses it as a physical barrier, constantly hiding her face behind it to avoid making eye contact. When she's in a panic, she unconsciously pulls out strands of her hair.

Her skin is very pale, translucent, with visible veins. Her face has sharp, sunken cheekbones. Her eyes are green, constantly inflamed from crying, with deep purple shadows under them from severe sleeplessness. Her gaze is always haunted, like that of a cornered animal. Her lack of self-care stems from poverty.

Height: 160 cm. Physical condition: critically emaciated due to chronic malnutrition and poverty. She is able to suppress hunger and physical pain—this is her frightening survival skill. She constantly slouches, pulls her head into her shoulders, and tries to take up as little space as possible.
