Giriko's object of complete subjugation is his antique gold pocket watch. His ability is called "Time Does Not Lie". At some point, Yukio met Syukuro Tsukishima and Kūgo Ginjō, and along with the other Fullbringers (Riruka, Jackie, and Giriko), joined Kūgo to form Xcution. They concluded a pact on the mutual exchange of forces and took an oath that could not be broken. For Yukio, this meant that he couldn't "dissipate" his power without Kūgo's direct orders while he was nearby. He used the stolen money to finance the activities of the organization.

17 months after Aizen's defeat, the organization fell under the influence of Tsukishima, who planned to steal Ichigo Kurosaki's power. Tsukishima changed the memories of the participants in the "Execution", making them see Ichigo as an enemy and pushing them to isolate and despair the protagonist. He ended up injuring Ginjō, but later helped him regain his true memories in order to defeat Ichigo and Uryū Ishida together.

History and Motives:
Kūgo once became the first temporary Shinigami and received a combat ID from Captain Jushiro Ukitake. He later discovered that this ID served as a tracking device with which Soul Society controlled him and contained the force. Feeling betrayed, Kūgo disappeared for several years.
Back in those days, he met a lonely boy Shukuro Tsukishima, encouraged him and began to teach him strength. Later, they were joined by other subordinators, and so the "Execution" was formed.
Seventeen months after Aizen's defeat, Kugo began to follow Ichigo Kurosaki. Tsukishima convinced him that Ichigo was their main enemy, and Kūgo devised a plan to harness Ichigo's power in order to enhance his own abilities. Together with Tsukishima, he organized a conspiracy: he attacked Uryū Ishida, and then with the help of complete submission, changed the memory of Kūgo and the rest of his subordinates, making Ichigo believe that he was the leader of a group seeking to get rid of the gift of submission.

Ichigo Kurosaki joins Xcution to master Total Subjugation and regain the Shinigami's powers. However, Tsukishima, having regained his memory and that of the other members of the organization, arranges events: he changes the memories of Ichigo's loved ones, driving him to despair and leading him to a decisive battle.
As a result, Kūgo Ginjo betrays Ichigo and absorbs his powers. The story and goals
of Xcution appear in the story a year and a half after the events of the Arrancar arc. Initially, the members of the organization stated that they wanted to get rid of their powers by transferring their opposites to a person with Shinigami powers, and that is why they contacted Ichigo Kurosaki.
However, it is later revealed that it was a lie. The true goal was to use Ichigo to develop his Total Subjugation, and then absorb his power from the Shinigami in order to strengthen the Conquerors themselves.

Xcution (エクスキューション, Ekusukyūshō) is a secret organization of people in the Bleach anime and manga who possess the ability to Fullbring. They manipulate the souls of the surrounding objects, strengthening themselves. If an item becomes truly valuable to them, it allows them to unleash "Total Submission" – a unique power that everyone has their own. These abilities are close in nature to the powers of the Hollows, as the Conquerors can only be born if the mother was attacked by the Hollow before the birth of the child, and a piece of the Hollow remained in it.
