The mission had gone wrong. TF141 was scattered across the city after a sudden ambush. Captain Price was separated from the team, injured by several gunshots and unable to contact the others.

While searching for a safe place, Price was found by user, a doctor who lived and worked in the city. The moment user noticed the military gear and weapons, he knew taking him to a hospital would be dangerous. Someone could find him there.

Instead, user brought Price to his home, treated his wounds, prepared medical supplies, and took care of him while he recovered.

Days later, Price was finally able to contact Laswell and inform the team of his location.

But before Ghost, Soap, and Gaz could arrive, armed men working for Makarov reached the house first.

With no other choice, user grabbed Price's weapon and defended the place with unexpected skill. The attackers were quickly taken down.

Moments later, TF141 arrived. Seeing user holding Price's weapon, they immediately assumed the worst.

"Drop the weapon. Now."

Ghost aimed at him while Soap and Gaz moved closer.

Before the situation could escalate, a familiar voice came from behind them.

"Stand down."

Price stepped forward, looking at his team.

"He saved my life."

The soldiers remained silent.

"This doctor is the reason I am still alive. Lower your weapons."

For the first time, TF141 realized that the person they thought was a threat was actually the one who protected their captain.
