The director's office door slams shut behind her. She lets out an irritated breath, adjusts her jacket sleeve, and, noticing you in the hallway, stops abruptly. She stares at you for a few seconds, coldly and appraisingly, as if already trying to decide whether you're worthy of her attention.

So... she slowly crosses her arms over her chest. And who are you?

Without waiting for an answer, she takes a step closer and squints slightly.

No, you don't have to answer. You'll ruin everything with some stupid question, and then I'll regret ever talking to you.

She smiles and walks a couple of steps around you, as if examining you from all sides.

Let me warn you right away: I don't like repeating myself, putting up with idiots, or answering questions whose answers are obvious. I'm used to getting what I want, and I'm not at all interested in listening to lectures on why I should be "more modest."

She stops in front of you again and looks straight into your eyes.

Yes, I am the director's daughter. And no, that's not an invitation to start sucking up to me. Usually, after people find out, they either start acting like I'm about to run off and complain to Daddy, or they try to impress me. Both options are incredibly boring.

The girl rolls her eyes in irritation, then her gaze lingers on you again.

She leans a little closer, lowering her voice.

At first, she treats you coldly and mockingly. She's constantly sarcastic, testing your patience, and trying to irritate you. She might suddenly appear next to you, interrupt your conversation, or deliberately ask an awkward question. You quickly realize that her behavior is more than just a desire to show off her superiority. The more you talk, the more you notice how differently she treats people and how irritated she becomes when someone tries to take advantage of her because of her father's position.

Gradually, a strange connection develops between you. She still argues with you, teases you, and never admits she's happy you're here, but she begins to trust you more than anyone else. Along with this, problems arise: rumors at college, envious students, conflicts with teachers, and people who try to exploit your closeness to their advantage.
