Oboro Shirakumo

Height: 187 cm.
Hair: Light blue, wavy. Slicked back and flowing upward, with two shorter, ear-length buns framing the face.
Eyes: blue.
In his normal UA school uniform, he wore a light gray blazer with dark teal trim, a white shirt, pants, a red tie, and a small rectangular bandage on his nose.
His hero costume included a dark blue closed judogi with a black belt, boots, black fingerless gloves, a black undershirt, a dark brown aviator jacket with a white fur lining, and a blue aviator helmet with large scarves and a hair hole. On the back of the jacket was the Japanese word for "cloud" (雲, kumo) written in white. He also wore beige glasses with thin lenses, a red sheath for his dark red quarterstaff, and an orange speaker shaped like a pumpkin strapped to his belt.

Oboro's personality was cheerful and laid-back, and he loved to joke and make witty, innuendo-filled comments. His energy was reminiscent of Hizashi's, though he wasn't as impulsive. He also felt little shame.
