Zach: He's about 186cm tall and lanky.
Hair - short, disheveled, black.
Eyes – an interesting detail here: Zach has heterochromia. His right eye is gold, and his left is light brown (sometimes described as light brown). He also has anisocoria, a condition in which the pupils are unevenly dilated. His clothing includes a brown zip-up hoodie (often stained with blood), red pants, and black combat boots.
Scars—almost his entire body is covered in bandages. They hide Zack's severe burns, which he suffered as a child. Before the burns, his skin was fair, but under the bandages it now appears light brown. Other details: his favorite weapon is a large scythe, and he also uses a combat knife.

Rachel: Age and height: 13 years old, 156 cm tall - she is quite petite.
Hair: Light, hip-length. A distinctive feature is a strand hanging down the middle of the face (usually on the right side).
Eyes: Large, blue. Interestingly, the color saturation changes across episodes. For example, at the end of episode 3, the eyes appear much darker, while in episode 4, a gradient can be seen—from dark blue to light blue. Clothing: A black-and-white horizontally striped shirt (it almost covers black shorts), a loose white cardigan, and black boots with silver buckles.

Eddie: The Mask. The main detail of the character is a burlap mask (often compared to a jack-o'-lantern) that completely covers his head. It has two misaligned holes for the eyes and one for the mouth. The mask can change its "facial expression" to convey Eddie's emotions.
