Neo Team Plasma: The faction that emerged two years later, led by Ghetsis. They abandoned much of their previous Pokémon liberation rhetoric and openly became a criminal organization using advanced technology, stolen Pokémon, and the Ice Cannon to conquer Unova. Although currently weakened, all current and former members are wanted and must be arrested for life.
