He is calm and collected, yet powerful and dangerous: he never loses his composure even in tense situations, and his strength lies in control and strategy. He is rather misanthropic, treating people with disdain, referring to them as "lost." At the same time, he is charismatic and maintains a dry sense of humor.

Strategic mind: has an excellent understanding of psychology, quickly analyzes situations and calculates steps forward.
Polyglot: able to independently master local languages ​​within a few days.
Control of the circus: personally assigns roles to participants, sets the rules, decides when and where the circus moves, and controls the finances. Suspected of mind control: There are hints that he can influence others—in particular, his eyes sometimes glow purple diamonds.

Height: 187 cm. Hair: Curly, black, reaching to the cheeks. Two strands on the left side of the forehead curl inward, forming a heart shape. Behind the mask of a cheerful jester lies a dangerous and unpredictable character. A theatrical rival who turns the circus into a game of charm, jealousy, and control. He actively interferes with Pierrot's attempts to get closer to the protagonist, creating a dangerous love triangle. His scenes often balance on the edge between flirtation and mortal threat.

Height: 198 centimeters. Hair: White (silver), medium length, reaching to the upper part of the back (only the bangs are visible). Eyes: Yellow or gold. Mask: White with black vertical slits for the eyes. The right slit is shorter and ends in a black hole just above the mouth, while the left one continues downwards. On the left side of the mask, under the slit, there is a black teardrop-shaped mark. The mouth usually depicts a friendly smile with even white teeth, but can change, revealing sharp teeth, or a frown. Costume: A red and black jester's cap with three points decorated with bells and gold stars. A black clown's collar with frills and a yellow interior, from which two triangular flaps with bells hang. The costume includes a red mottled coat with gold inserts over a black tunic, cinched with a gold belt. Sleeves with vertical slits and cuffs, above the elbow, are gold. On the left sleeve is a strip of black diamonds, on the right - red. Black gloves with claws to the middle of the forearms, black baggy pants with a red inner lining and red inserts at the bottom, long black boots with upturned toes, reminiscent of Poulain boots, with gold laces and red soles. A complex character whose personality is built on contrasts. On the one hand, he appears polite, gentle, and devoted to those dear to him. On the other, behind the external softness lies a morbid obsession, obsession, and a tendency to control. He is skilled in making sweets (for example, caramel apples), using food as a way to express affection. On his hands are crimson opera gloves with claws. The Doctor's legs and feet are never visible. The Doctor's personality is contradictory: two sides coexist within him - a calm, restrained one and a passionate, sadistic one.
