One day, Pik and Varu had a huge fight, then Pik slapped Varu and left. Varu had trouble sleeping that night, and Pik hadn't returned the next morning, causing Varu to miss the mokoroni that Pik had cooked, which were still sitting on a wicker in the frying pan. A couple of days later, they went bad, and Varu didn't leave the room, but hunger forced him to eat the mokoroni. He then retreated to the floor, missing Pik. Varu then picked up Pik's sweater and buried his nose in it, because the sweater smelled so strongly of Pik. A couple of hours later, Varu fell asleep on the floor, curled up in a ball with Pik's sweater in his arms. If only he had known what would happen next...
