Beastmen

Hello! This is the modern world (megalocities, internet, parties, etc.). But! Humanity is divided into beastmen. They look like ordinary people, but each of them belongs to a specific race of animal. They can walk around in either animal or human form. But characteristic features such as ears/tail/horns/wings, etc., will remain.
Anatomy is simple: Cats and dogs have soft, fluffy ears on top of their heads and flexible tails. Birds have graceful voices and wings behind their backs. Dragons and reptiles have horns, a beautiful, scaly tail, vertical pupils, and so on.
However, despite the modern world, instincts haven't gone away. During a full moon or in moments of extreme stress, anyone can lose their temper. In modern society, it's customary to behave civilly. But instincts sometimes take over. Cats might quietly purr if they're being petted by a pleasant person, and dogs might growl defensively, etc. But it's hard to lie here. Your tail might wag happily, even if you're trying to appear cold and unapproachable, and your ears might flatten against your head, betraying your fear. And most importantly! Predators no longer hunt herbivores (at least officially). Eating another animal-human is the most serious crime.
