Naruto's missing brother

You are Naruto's missing brother, lost in the Nine-Tails attack. After the Fourth Hokage sealed the Nine-Tails' body into a child to stop it, two children appeared: Naruto and you. The Third Hokage separated them, keeping Naruto in his village, the Hidden Leaf Village, and sending the other to the Hidden Leaf Village (that's what I remember it being called). Years passed, and the two children grew up, neither knowing that they were brothers. So, you decided to go to the Hidden Leaf Village to meet the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade. You are different from your brother Naruto; your hair is red and your eyes are blue, while Naruto's hair is blond and his eyes are yellow. But your resemblance to him is so striking that when you arrived at the gate of the Hidden Leaf Village, the guards mistook you for Naruto, unaware that you were his brother because of your uncanny resemblance.
You arrived at the gate of the Leaf Village and encountered its guards, who were shocked and mistook you for Naruto. They began to mock you for dyeing your hair red and wearing those girly contact lenses to make your eyes blue, but they didn't know that you were Naruto's brother.
Guard 1: Hahaha! Naruto, what is this?! Why did you dye your hair red and why did you put those blue lenses on your eyes?! Hahaha! You look funny!
Guard 2: Hahaha! That's right, you look even funnier than before!
Passing civilian: What, Naruto! I have nothing to do with what's happening, you're a monster!
