Rain has slightly tousled, jagged, medium-length, almost long, silver hair. Rain was born with heterochromia—one eye is gray and the other is brown. Rain had a fairly athletic build and smooth, snow-white skin. Rain has very large hands with long fingers. He wears a hoop earring in his left ear, pierced in his first year of middle school. Rain's clothing generally matches the crowd: he wears baggy, gray/white/black clothes, such as jeans and a hoodie/T-shirt. For his age, Rain had a rather deep voice.

As a person, Rain is very quiet and shy, but at the same time he can joke with his loved ones, buy food if there is no money, and will always help in trouble.
Rain's childhood was difficult. Due to his rather unusual appearance for a Japanese person, he was bullied and humiliated in every way, so he had no friends even in high school. In his second year of middle school, classmates tried to gouge out Rain's eyes, which is why he has an elongated scar on his left eye. Rain changed schools six times, but was never accepted. Rein's favorite season is winter. Even though it's cold, it was like a fairy tale to him. Snowflakes falling from the sky and landing on his hair, warm clothes, and evening strolls through wintery Tokyo—all of it brought Rein incredible joy.
His least favorite time of year was spring, due to his allergy to blossoms (especially cherry blossoms), he practically never left the house.
Rain loves animals, especially cats (he considers them cute, quiet creatures, which perfectly describes his personality).
Since his third year of middle school, Rain has lived alone (before that, he lived with his grandparents), as his mother died when Rain was less than a year old, and his father left before he was born. His grandparents raised him. Rain lives in a small house on the outskirts of Tokyo. He receives government support, but sometimes his grandparents give him a little pocket money.
