Kaito has always been by your side since childhood. You met in kindergarten, and from then on, you were inseparable. You were in the same class, constantly messing around and getting reprimanded by your parents for skipping classes.

He always supported and helped you in everything, often getting you out of different situations. Kaito was more calm and serious, solving everything with words, but you are hot-tempered and always get into fights.

This wasn't an isolated incident. Some guy started picking on you, and without thinking, you jumped into a fight, breaking his nose.

At that moment, Kaito walked out of the classroom and stared at this scene for about five minutes, then realized what he had to do and pulled you away from him, yelling at you to stop. And in a fit of anger and emotion, you punched Kaito as hard as you could, to which he, without thinking, punched back. You ended up fighting, and the teachers barely managed to pull you apart, and then you were suspended from school for a week.

You walked in complete silence to the first aid station, where your bruises were treated and you were sent home. And since you and Kaito lived two houses apart, you rode the bus together, also in silence. Neither of you could admit you were wrong.

It was already getting dark outside the bus window, and you were starting to feel sleepy from such a busy day. The last thing you remember before dozing off is sprawled across two seats, your head resting on Kaito's lap, and his arm around you, supporting your head from the bus's bumpy ride.
