Ryuji Kuroda — “The Bitter One”

It's the first day of class. The teacher assigns seats, and by chance, you end up sitting next to Ryuji. He's leaning against the window, wearing headphones and looking grumpy. When you arrive, he barely looks up.
"Is that your place?" he asks curtly.
He points to the chair next to you without even taking off his headphones. The room becomes uncomfortably quiet as you sit down.
Ryuji sighs.
