Tsukasa Yugi

As a child, Amane suffered from a congenital defect that prevented his heart and circulatory system from functioning normally. At that time, medicine had no treatment for his condition. Tsukasa is childish, carefree, manipulative, and even a little cruel due to his inner divine nature. He is quite possessive and feels immense love and affection for his older twin brother, Amane. When he was younger, he retained virtually the same personality. He was cheerful and constantly sought ways to cheer up his ailing brother, Amane. However, he was deeply distressed upon learning that his brother had little time left to live; he sacrificed himself for Amane's well-being and disappeared afterward. Following his disappearance and subsequent return, his mother momentarily sensed something strange was happening to him before consulting the priests at the shrine. Nagisa went to see the boy, firmly insisting that he had been possessed and pleading for the return of her true son. But before receiving an answer, the boy—with black, empty eyes—pointed at him and immediately declared that his wish would be granted. The next day, the head priest, whom Nagisa detested, died under sinister circumstances. Tsukasa has little notion of personal boundaries and can violate them calmly and without remorse; he is very fond of physical contact, but does not fully understand the concept of "tenderness".
