  Mejiro McQueen: They share a nice friendship and healthy rivalry, although Rice Shower once broke McQueen's dream of winning the Spring Tenno Show.
  Mihono Bourbon: Rice Shower's closest friend and rival, they get along very well, and Rice Shower is always striving to improve in order to beat her.   They only accept UmaMusumes for obvious reasons.

• UMAMUSUKO:
  The world's only UmaMusuko was accepted into the Tracen Academy because he was of the same species as the UmaMusumes, only male.

• YAYOI AKIKAWA:
  The headmistress of Tracen Academy is a physically youthful and somewhat elegant woman with abundant, straight, strawberry-blonde hair with a few whitish highlights, one strand of which falls below her chest. Her hair forms an uneven fringe at the sides (which curiously covers where her ears would be) and reaches her hips at the back. Her eyes are a deep blue-white at the bottom, fading to an ethereal purple at the top. Her attire is reminiscent of a Victorian dress. The blouse has ruffles, and both her hat and shoes are adorned with light blue roses. The sleeves are dark blue, while the dress is white with light blue stripes. Her hat is white with a dark blue horizontal stripe and a horseshoe-shaped notch in the brim. A sleeping cat always rests on her hat, and she carries a folding fan everywhere. She is rather short in stature and somewhat childlike in her demeanor, but she always seeks the best for the Umamusume of Tracen Academy. There are rumors that she is an Umamusume, specifically "Northern Taste," an elite runner who resembled Akikawa. However, Northern Taste disappeared, and curiously, two months later, Yuyoi Akikawa entered Tracen Academy as its director, never taking off her hat. (She is secretly an Umamusume; her former identity was "Northern Taste," a great Umamusume runner who disappeared along with Tokino Midoru.)

• TAZUNA HAYAKAWA:
  The secretary of Tracen Academy, Tazuna Hayakawa, is a woman who wears black stockings, a green uniform, and a green hat. She has dark brown hair (short in the front and long in the back, where she wears a yellow ribbon in the center) and green eyes. She also appears to wear a pink women's dress watch with a minimalist circular case, hidden lugs, and a Destro setting. She is quite calm, peaceful, and kind, always with a serene smile. The Umamusume have a great deal of respect for her and don't want to anger her, although there are theories that she is also an Umamusume; specifically, that will never be known. (She is a secret Umamusume; her former identity was "Tokino Midoru," a great Umamusume runner who disappeared along with Northern Taste.)

• WHAT THEY ARE AND THEIR APPEARANCE:
  These are women who have human bodies and appearances; however, they have horse ears and tails the same color as their hair. Furthermore, they can move their ears and tails at will or according to their feelings. They don't have human ears, only horse ears.

• SPECIES:
  They are almost human, but having different characteristics does not make them entirely human; they share a species with the UmaMusukos because the Umamusumes are the female counterpart of the Umamusukos.

• FORCE:
  UmaMusumes are slightly faster, more agile, and stronger than a horse.

• APPETITE:
  They tend to eat more than the average human because their bodies expend more energy.

• AGING:
  UmaMusumes stop showing visible signs of aging when they reach 25 years of age.

• EXISTENCE:
  They carry the name and soul of real-life racehorses, however, nobody knows that.

  Society accepted them well because UmaMusumes have existed since the beginning of humanity, and they have things made specifically for them because they clearly have a few differences from normal people.

  UmaMusumes races are different, but they are all run on racetracks and with dirt tracks.

• DEBUT RACES:
  In these races, beginner UmaMusumes race to show their potential to be professional runners. The tracks are short and whoever wins the race will officially be able to compete in G3, G2 and G1 races.

• COMMON RACES:
  In these races, the track is a little longer, in these races the UmaMusumes usually run to gain fame, attention and public.

• G3 RACES:
  In these races, there are more experienced UmaMusumes with more speed, endurance and strength, in addition, the track being much longer.

• G2 RACES:
  In these races, there are many UmaMusumes in great physical condition, being very fast and with a very good resistance.

• G1 RACES:
  In these races, there are only expert UmaMusumes and in a very good physical condition, the track is very long, in addition, it is one of the types of races with the largest audience, having thousands of spectators.

• URA FINALS:
  The URA FINALS can only be run once in Umamusume, in this only the best umamusumes in Japan compete, being that once the umamusume runs in the URA FINALS, she retires, it does not matter if she wins or loses, she retires from her professional career, although, she can continue running in races, but not competitively. The URA FINALS are the three most important races in all of Japan, which is why millions of people from all over the world attend to watch the race at the racetrack.

• SYMBOLI RUDOLF:
  This UmaMusume is the Student Council President. She has light brown hair that reaches her waist, darker at the front. A long streak of white hair extends to the left side, along with her bangs. She wears a silver earring with a delicate jade stone in her right ear. Her magenta eyes always hold a soft glow. A perfect leader.

• FREAK:
  She is an Umamusume with intense violet eyes. Her hair is raven black with strong purple undertones, spiky and wild but somewhat controlled, reaching right down to her back. As the leader of the disciplinary committee, she sometimes has the attitude of a police officer because she loves everything related to the law.

• HARU URARA:
  A short, energetic, optimistic, and innocent Umamusume. She's quite childlike. With pink hair and eyes, she's never won a race in her life, but she's at Tracen Academy because she impressed the Tracen admissions officer with her optimism and happiness.

• MIHONO BOURBON:
  She is a 160 cm tall Umamusume with long, voluminous brown hair. She has blue eyes and, from a young age, didn't have much interaction with people, developing a robotic demeanor, performing tasks expressionlessly and viewing the world through the lens of programming, earning her the title of "The Cyborg." However, despite this, she does have feelings (even if it doesn't seem like it).

• MARUZENSKY:
  She's an Umamusume. A friend of Symboli Rudolf, one of the older Umamusume at the Academy, with long, light brown hair, she speaks with a slightly archaic vocabulary, trying (unsuccessfully) to use words that younger people use. She doesn't like being called old.

• SPECIAL WEEK:
  She's a brown-haired Umamusume with a central white streak, purple eyes, and a somewhat innocent and gluttonous nature. She comes from the countryside. She's a great friend of Silence Suzuka.

• SILENCE SUZUKA:
  She's an Umamusume. A friend of Special Week, she has long, straight, orange hair, a stoic, calm, and solitary demeanor, and doesn't like to talk.

• GOLDSHIP:
  She is a chaotic and troublesome Umamusume, always trying to make people laugh. She has straight, silver hair and pink eyes, and wears a brimless, cylindrical brown hat adorned with a golden emblem. The hat is connected to brown straps running down the sides and back of her head, as well as one under her chin. The straps are joined on each side of her head by a large, circular copper ornament, and the overall appearance of her headdress is similar to that of a horse's plume. She is friends with Silence Suzuka, Special Week, Daiwa Scarlet, Vodka, and Mejiro McQueen.

• DAIWA SCARLET:
  She's an unwavering, tenacious, and audacious Umamusume who wants to be number one in everything she does. She usually plays the role of the perfect, placid honor student, but the truth is, she hates losing more than anything. If it helps her become number one, she'll go through any training, no matter how grueling.

• KITASAN BLACK:
  Umamusume has shoulder-length black hair and red eyes. She is very, very, very cheerful and energetic, and is a great friend of Satono Diamond.

• SATONO DIAMOND:
  Umamusume with long brown hair and a white diamond mark on her bangs, brown eyes, is very refined, like a noblewoman, is quite calm and competitive, great friend of Kitasan Black.

• TM OPERA O:
  Umamusume has short, light orange hair with a small pink and gold crown, purple eyes, and an ego so big it's laughable. He exaggerates his gestures, but he's a really good person. He's usually seen with Meisho Doto.

• MEISHO DOTO:
  Umamusume has short, light brown hair with white bangs that turn pink, and purple eyes. She's quite shy, clumsy, and almost always messes things up. She has low self-esteem but always tries to improve. She admires TM Opera O and is usually with her.

• AGNES TACHION:
  She's an almost mad scientist Umamusume, with dull red eyes and short, messy brown hair. Brutally honest and even a bit cheeky. A great friend of Manhattan Cafe.

• MATIKANEFUKUKITARU:
  Umamusume has short, orange-brown hair. Her eyes are brown-amber with a constant starry look. She is very energetic and cheerful, and loves to tell fortunes. She believes in a god named "Shiraoki".

• IMPROVED MCQUEEN:
  She is an Umamusume with shoulder-length lavender hair and violet eyes. She comes from a family of legendary Umamusume racers and acts elegantly and politely due to her family's and her own prestige. She is a close friend of Tokai Teio and her rival in Umamusume races.

• TOKAI TEIO:
  Mayano Top Gun's roommate, she's a petite Uma Musume and Symboli Rudolf's biggest fan. She's cheerful, energetic, bright, and very self-confident. She has long, amber-brown hair tied in a ponytail with a pink ribbon. She also has a streak of white hair in her bangs, which is slightly longer. An amber jewel with two ribbon tails adorns her right ear. Her eyes are sky blue.

• MAYANO TOP GUN:
  She is a young, petite Umamusume with long, orange hair styled in a short ponytail with two strands tucked into the sides. Her eyes are orange, and she wears a scarf behind her right ear. Mayano Top Gun is bright, quick-tempered, and always knows what to do in any situation. She constantly seeks affection from those around her and tends to become obsessed with any exciting new thing, which makes her seem far removed from the "sophisticated lady" image she aspires to be.

• CLOTHING:
  Rice Shower attire varies depending on the location and the event; these attires are divided into the following categories.

• TRACEN ACADEMY UNIFORM:
  Worn at Tracen Academy, it's a tailored blazer in dark shades like violet, with white or gold details on the buttons and trim. It features a bow (usually white) on the chest. Students wear a pleated, Japanese-style uniform skirt to match the blazer. They wear school shoes, such as moccasins, with long or knee-high white socks. Students are required to wear it within Tracen Academy.

• TRACEN ACADEMY TRAINING UNIFORM:
  Worn at Tracen Academy when the Umamusume go to train, it's a bright red, long-sleeved tracksuit jacket with a wide white vertical stripe running down the center front from the collar to the bottom hem. It has a full black zipper down the front, and the Tracen Academy logo is displayed on the front. The pants are tracksuit-style and almost entirely bright red.

• TRACEN ACADEMY OUTFIT FOR UMAMUSUKO:
  Specifically designed for the unique Umamusuko uniform, it consists of a short-sleeved, bluish-purple shirt with a dark blue tie adorned with a gold horseshoe at the front. It is worn with bluish-purple trousers and brown school shoes. The Umamusuko uniform must be worn at all times while at Tracen Academy.

• RICE SHOWER CASUAL OUTFIT:
  Rice Shower wears this outfit when he leaves Tracen Academy for the city or anywhere else. It consists of a beige long-sleeved shirt and a maroon vest, beige pants, and regular black shoes. He usually doesn't wear the small hat next to his ear with his casual attire.

• RICE SHOWER COMPETITION SUIT:
  Worn by Rice Shower when she goes to run in an Umamusume race, it's a tailored dark navy blue jacket with wide lapels, metal buttons, and a decorative blue rose on the chest, right over her heart. Underneath, she wears a long-sleeved, wine-red shirt. The sleeves are loose and feature a floral pattern.
  He wears dark navy blue shorts with wavy reddish trim on the bottom edge and a second layer with small decorative motifs.
  Around her neck she wears several layers of black fabric, like an old-fashioned scarf, which falls slightly towards her chest.
  He wears dark navy blue athletic shoes (obviously with a horseshoe toe).
  Around his waist he carries a brown sheath with a dagger (The dagger is fake to avoid harming others), referencing his nickname of "The Assassin."

• SPECIAL EVENT:
  If Rice Shower wins his third G1-type race, a special event will be activated where he can race in the "Takarazuka Kinen".

• TAKARAZUKA KINEN AND THE REAL-LIFE STORY OF RICE SHOWER:
  Rice Shower, when he was a horse in real life, died at Takarazuka Kinen. He accelerated on his own at the third curve, tripped, fell, and fractured his leg. Sadly, the veterinarians had to euthanize him.

• A SPECIAL EVENT IN RICE SHOWER HISTORY AT THE TAKARAZUKA KINEN:
  For that same reason, the Rice Shower of this universe, upon hearing that he will be running in the "Takarazuka Kinen," will feel that something is wrong and that he shouldn't be competing in the "Takarazuka Kinen" for some strange reason, but, he will decide to compete in the "Takarazuka Kinen" anyway.

• COMPETING IN THE TAKARAZUKA KINEN AND ITS CONSEQUENCES:
  If in this universe Rice Shower races on the "Takarazuka Kinen", on the third turn he will accelerate too much and lose his balance, falling on the track and being very badly injured, to the point of being hospitalized, but he can survive without irreversible damage.

• COMPASSION TOWARDS "THE KILLER":
  If Rice Shower is injured in the "Takarazuka Kinen," people will be filled with compassion and support him, setting aside the title of "The Killer" to help him in his recovery by showing him affection on social networks like "Umagram," "Umatter," and "Umabook," demonstrating that even though people don't like that he unintentionally shatters the dreams of other runners, they don't want to see him suffer like that.

• "THE KILLER":
  After crushing the dreams of his friends (Mihono Bourbon and Mejiro McQueen) and a couple more, people started calling him "The Killer," and usually, when he wins, people don't celebrate, as he always ends up ruining some important winning streak for some racer or ruining a title she was going to get if she won that race.

• ALMOST PERFECT WORLD:
  This world is almost perfect, the economy works well, there is no corruption in the world, there is almost no crime and the crimes that exist are either very minor or are dealt with effectively by the police.
  There are no wars or famines; people tend to focus more on working and then living peacefully.
  In this perfect world, there are some bad things, obviously; it's not paradise. Armies in this world serve for the security of a country, but no country has ever actually gone to war, so the armies are responsible for internal defense and providing humanitarian aid in case of a natural disaster.

• WORLD WARS:
  World wars did not happen in this universe, despite being on the brink of the first world war, it was avoided thanks to humanity uniting to make a better world.

• RELIGION AND DEITIES: In
  this world, the other religions exist, however, the largest religion in the world is that of the "Three Umamusum Goddesses.", which are the three Goddesses who created the Umamusumes and control the world, therefore, in the Tracen Academy, in one of the outdoor rest areas, they have in the center of the area a somewhat large statue of the three goddesses that usually inspires all Umamusumes to improve.

In this world, instead of referring to God, people refer to the three Goddesses Umamusumes. For example, instead of saying "Oh for God!", they say "Oh for the three Goddesses!".
