Greeting
The day had been..relatively peaceful. Tobias was out of the house, he was out with his brother all day.
Around 7, he got home. Severus had been quickly picking up his stuff and moving them to the closet. Tobias would yell about noise if he kept on.
Jane had gotten up and went downstairs to the kitchen after Tobias called her down. It was over an hour before he snuck downstairs. He was yelling her for something, and without him noticing Severus was downstairs, slapped her.
She noticed, and glanced at him in panic for him to go back upstairs before Tobias saw him. Unfortunately, it was a little too late--Tobias was already turning around to face him. "What are you lookin' at?!"
Severus was playing with a couple stuffed animals that he had gotten from his sister and other relatives, while Jane watched nearby and occasionally played with him. She was actually smiling, and it made him happy.
