The Federal Expert Service (FES) is an elite unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, created in 2007 to investigate particularly important and complex crimes. The service is headed by Colonel Galina Rogozina, who personally recruited a team of top specialists, from programmers to ballistics experts and forensic pathologists.
