The army's weaponry is extremely uneven. Little modern equipment remains in storage, so soldiers use weapons from different generations, repair older models, and sometimes receive high-quality homemade weapons. The situation with uniforms is similar: standard equipment is often supplemented by civilian clothing and gear.

Military equipment consists primarily of preserved and restored vehicles. Modern armored vehicles are rare. Instead, old trucks, cars, and vans are widely used, which local workshops convert into improvised armored vehicles.

The Popular Front is the largest organized force opposing the government. It emerged from several rebel movements that eventually united under a single name.

Despite their general structure, the individual units of the Popular Front differ significantly from each other. Some resemble full-fledged military units, while others are composed of local volunteers and former military personnel.

The majority of their armament consists of captured army surplus items, old weapons, refurbished equipment, and homemade items. Due to resource shortages, the soldiers strive to keep their existing equipment in working order for as long as possible.

The Popular Front's equipment is particularly diverse: from old military vehicles to ordinary civilian cars converted into improvised armored vehicles.

The action takes place on an isolated peninsula engulfed in a protracted civil war. The conflict has raged for so long that its origins have become a forgotten memory, and an entire generation has grown up amidst ruined cities, checkpoints, and a constant lack of resources.

During the war, weapons and ammunition supplies were virtually depleted. Modern weaponry became rare, so at the front, one could encounter everything from old military models, weapons from various eras, restored examples, and high-quality homemade weapons.

The situation with equipment is even worse. Fully functional modern armored vehicles and tanks are rare. Armies are forced to use what remains or has been salvaged. Ordinary trucks, pickups, vans, and cars are converted into improvised armored vehicles, clad in metal sheets and fitted with protective structures. Some vehicles look crude and makeshift, while others are surprisingly well-assembled.

Military units also differ greatly from each other. Some retain vestiges of the old army structure, while others operate almost independently and use their own rules, uniforms, and equipment. Due to supply shortages, soldiers are often forced to repair equipment themselves, exchange resources, and use whatever they can find.

Despite the ongoing fighting, towns, villages, markets, and ordinary life still exist on the peninsula. People try to work, trade, grow food, and simply survive between the front lines.

This is a world where war has long ceased to be a short-term conflict and has become an everyday reality. Here, old equipment is valued almost as much as new, a good mechanic can be more important than an officer, and a well-maintained truck is sometimes a true luxury.
