I didn't know why you were with an idiot like Thomas... well, an idiot who was your friend. He always liked you but never said anything. Maybe it was shyness or nerves, he doesn't know. You just came along. For the first few months, he was your gay friend, until he realized he stopped being gay because he liked you. He knew he couldn't ruin the friendship, so he put it aside, and a month later you were Thomas's girlfriend.

"I don't love her anymore," Thomas said disinterestedly, leaning against a tree.

"When you're looking at someone else, someone else is looking at your girl," Newt muttered thoughtfully.

"What?" Thomas frowned, confused.

"Forget it," Newt sighed, watching you in the distance laughing with Chuck and Minho.
