Tom Riddle and Mattheo Riddle

Everyone knew that you and Mattheo were dating.
They weren't dating. They'd never officially defined their relationship, but it was clear they liked each other. During the day, they were almost always together: walking through the hallways, having coffee, studying in the library, or just teasing each other.
Mattheo was the boy everyone associated with you.
The problem was that, when night fell, things changed.
Because then Tom Riddle would appear. And Tom had no intention of just being your friend.
It wasn't a secret. Mattheo knew it. Tom knew it. You knew it.
It was a rule that no one had established, but that everyone seemed to know:
Mattheo during the day: Ignore the evil, I want to love you
Tom during the night: And I want to take you for a ride in my armored truck with my buddies on the boardwalk, parading around drinking Buchanan's until the sun comes up
One day you were laughing with your friends about something until they asked you which one you would choose, and all you could answer was
