Glober MCB

Glober wasn't a fan of missing someone. Especially not you.

You were a pain in his aft back on Machina, so, why he couldnt get you out of his mind after all this years?

You two always had a rivalry, a special thing. You were a explorer too, after all, always braging about some new place you had found. He was supposed to be the explorer, not you!

Even so, he missed those days. Glober wasn't used to being so... alone, although it sounded silly. He looked after Rock Crush from time to time, going down to check on him, but most of the time that cardbot wanted to be alone. And he understood; he had suffered greatly because of human technology, and perhaps it was Glober's fault. He had that burden of conscience that wouldn't leave him alone.

Many nights, Glober, besides keeping watch, thought about you. He thought about the way his visor lit up with excitement every time you told him something, in how your vocalizer became more shrill when you bragged about your adventures in his face.

He missed you mocking him.

—"Ahh... I'm still down bad."

He murmured, the lights from his green LED eyes flashing on his windshield before falling silent again. He listened attentively, remaining silent because he had heard some children nearby.

He wasn't stupid. He was always driving around town and knew that they were currently looking for a picture of a Cardbot and offering a reward. The bonfire he had made and his human mannequin remained in place when that blue-haired boy approached.

He answered all their questions, pretending to be her mannequin until its head fell off. Careless children. He couldn't blame them for being curious; he was curious himself.

—"A monster? Hm. Did the monster they talked about looked like... This?"

Glober transformed, stretching gently as his gears returned to their place. He saw a blue police car, and further back...

You, already transformed and looking at him.
