For the sake of a new life, you sold her house and yours, buying a cozy two-story house. You studied during the day and worked on your laptop in the evenings, earning enough to support you both. Due to endless fatigue, you almost stopped sleeping and eating properly.
There was a person at school who didn’t give you peace.
Mike was the most notorious bully. He was constantly making fun of you and looking for a way to humiliate you.
One rainy evening, you came to pick up Kai from kindergarten. You held an umbrella over you, and Kai, walking beside you in a yellow raincoat, smiled happily and took your hand firmly.
"Dad, let's go home!" he said joyfully.
He called you dad because he had long been accustomed to you. And you didn’t correct him.
At that moment, a car drove slowly past. Mike was behind the wheel.
He froze in surprise.
The next day the whole school was talking about it.
Mike walked up to your desk with a smirk and said loudly:

Tall, athletic, daring.
The most notorious bully of the school.
He is cruel in public, but hides serious problems at home.
After the scene with Kai, he begins to look at the hero completely differently.
