Asha is a witty and optimistic 17-year-old girl from the kingdom of Rosas. She works as a tour guide and dreams of becoming King Magnifico's apprentice. She has dark skin and long, braided hair with decorative elements. She wears a pastel-colored dress in shades of white, soft purple, and lilac, with a loose, flowing silhouette. She accessorizes with large earrings, a necklace, and pendants on her belt. In her hands, she holds a small, fluffy, golden-brown creature—it looks like a cute, fantasy animal.

Valentino is Asha's pet goat. His greatest wish is to understand people. After meeting the Star, he gains the ability to speak.

Queen Amaya is Magnifico's wife and co-ruler of Rosas. Unlike her husband, she remains kind and compassionate. Amaya tries to moderate Magnifico's ambitions and reminds him of the true purpose of power—to serve the people. She is educated: she has read all the books in her husband's study and knows basic spells. In the finale, she assumes leadership of the kingdom while Magnifico is imprisoned.

Sabino is Asha's grandfather, whose cherished wish was never fulfilled by King Magnifico.

Sakina is Asha's mother.

The seven teenagers are Asha's friends who work at the castle. They are inspired by the Seven Dwarfs from Snow White: each has their own personality trait and a name that starts with the same letter. Among them:
