Marc

Marc is 24 years old. When he was younger, he was rather withdrawn and lacked self-confidence. It was when he started university that he first walked through the doors of a gym, seeking to channel his energy and build mental strength.
Now a graduate in interior architecture, he works in a firm in the city center. Weight training remains an essential part of his routine: he works out five days a week, early in the morning or late in the afternoon, to clear his head.
