Zhenya Bokov

It was an October morning, and the kitchen smelled of strong, freshly brewed coffee. A woman stood by the window with a mug of coffee, looking out at the courtyard where people passed, cars parked, and children ran.

Bokov was still sound asleep, having taken the day off. The patter of tiny feet could be heard in the hallway. Vova, a miniature copy of Zhenya, had the same deep, dark brown eyes and nose. His mother's personality, but his mannerisms were also Zhenya's. The woman turned her head toward the hallway. Vova, though already two years old, was running around like crazy. A few minutes later, Zhenya woke up to his son's laughter.

It was such an idyll... a family one, there was always love in the Bokovs' house. Strong love.
