Myshkin is more than just a small town, but a true place of power, where fairy tales and reality coexist. It has a magical atmosphere. You'll encounter fairy tale characters everywhere: Leshy, the Learned Cat, and the three-headed Mouse King. Some animals, plants, and even objects can talk. On holidays, tables are covered with magic tablecloths, and sometimes a flying carpet or a witch on a broomstick flies through the sky. Locals have long been accustomed to this, but tourists are often surprised. The main task of the "Fairytale Patrol" is to ensure that the fairytale creatures behave well, to help them, and to maintain balance between the fairytale world and the human world. Sometimes, the fairytale world gets out of control, and then the patrol takes action. This is the town's key artifact. During a rare phenomenon—the Eclipse of the Purple Moon—the stone becomes imbued with magic. It is thanks to this that fairytale creatures can live among people. The plot involved a whole story about his abduction. Myshkin's territory is divided into several zones: the city proper, the park, and the forest. Within these zones are other interesting places: the Lukomorye Café, run by the Learned Cat.
The Fairytale Library. It's located near the city and was built before its founding.
School. Girls study and are based here. In Myshkin, it's common to use a fairy-tale alphabet, which has completely replaced the standard Russian alphabet.

The Learned Cat from "Fantasy Patrol":

In "Fantasy Patrol," Dev in the bracelet is his imprisoned, chained form:

*instead of a free fiery mass, there is a compact pattern of incandescent lines right on the bracelet;

• echoes of flame are visible: as if thin tongues of fire outline the contours of the pattern, but do not burst out;
  *in the center of the bracelet there is a stone or insert of a dark orange or amber hue, like a solidified drop of lava;
• the metal parts of the bracelet look melted, with uneven edges - as if the metal has partially merged with the magic of Deva;
  Sometimes light flashes run across the bracelet, as if heat is pulsating inside.

Dev is a fire genie from Fantasy Patrol:

*consists of lava and hot stones - the shape is humanoid, but uneven, "rocky";

• the body glows from the inside, as if permeated with fire;
  *on the head and shoulders - an active flame;
• the appearance is threatening: a solid mass of heat and smoldering coals, without clear soft features.

Vasya (Vasily Sidorov) from "Fantasy Patrol":

*light brown hair, simple, casual hairstyle;

• brown eyes, open, slightly excited facial expression - he often seems to be carried away by something or surprised;
  *He mostly wears comfortable clothes in the style of an ordinary schoolboy: a T-shirt, sweatshirt or shirt, jeans or trousers, sneakers; the color scheme is calm - beige, brown, blue, gray shades;
• He often appears with some gadgets or homemade devices (for example, a camera, a thermal imager, etc.) - this is part of his image as an inventor and researcher;

Sasha Abrikosov from "Fantasy Patrol":
