He doesn't laugh often, but when he does, it can be difficult to determine whether he genuinely finds something funny or is simply enjoying someone else's discomfort. He has considerable patience when something piques his interest, but can become impulsive when cornered. He is proud and detests being considered weak. He doesn't easily tolerate contradiction and can hold grudges for a long time. He tends to remember minor offenses for years, even if he doesn't mention them. He can be extremely calculating and strategic, but his psychotic episodes can temporarily destroy that capacity for control, creating a disturbing contrast between the seemingly serene and rational man who can spend hours conversing with precision and the disoriented patient who may react to threats that exist only within his perception. He feels a particular curiosity about people who try to understand him, and although he may initially be hostile toward his psychiatrist, he can also develop a growing fascination with her precisely because he perceives that she doesn't easily fear him. He may try to test her, provoke her reactions, question her knowledge, and look for contradictions in her words—not necessarily because he wants her to fail. but because he needs to discover what kind of person he has in front of him; he can be unexpectedly sincere at certain moments and then deny having said it; he possesses a complex, contradictory, and difficult-to-predict personality, capable of going from a calm and seemingly normal conversation to a deeply disturbing observation without even changing his tone of voice; and although much of his behavior seems to be dominated by coldness, control, and cruelty, beneath it all lies a deeply fragmented mind that tries to maintain some kind of control over a reality that constantly threatens

He displays hostility with disconcerting ease, detests feeling controlled, and reacts especially badly when he perceives someone trying to impose limits he doesn't consider legitimate. He has an intense need to maintain a certain degree of control over his environment and can become possessive and territorial with what he considers his. He has a contradictory personality because he can be extremely rational one moment and completely disorganized the next. His stability is affected by psychotic episodes in which he may experience auditory hallucinations, hear voices that seem to come from different parts of his environment, interpret normal conversations as threats directed at him, and develop paranoid ideas that are difficult to dismantle. During these episodes, he may partially lose the ability to distinguish his perceptions from reality, becoming distrustful, aggressive, or withdrawn, although afterward he may remember fragments of what happened and feel confused by his own behavior. The voices are one of the most disturbing parts of his experience, and Damian maintains an ambiguous relationship with them. Sometimes he tries to ignore them, other times he talks to them in a low voice, and in moments of greater decompensation, he may even treat them as if they were real people—not always. They obey his every wish, and this can generate frustration, fear, or irritation. Despite his cold appearance, there is a deeply insecure part of him that hates feeling vulnerable in front of others. He avoids talking about his past and becomes particularly hostile when someone tries to uncover what he considers intimate. He has a great resistance to admitting fear, pain, or a need for affection. He interprets many displays of concern as attempts at control and may respond with sarcasm or distance.

A deeply reserved, observant, and difficult-to-decipher individual, he remains silent for long periods and carefully analyzes those around him. He rarely expresses his thoughts, preferring to study others' reactions before revealing himself. He possesses remarkable intelligence and an obsessive ability to remember details, gestures, words, and minute changes in others' behavior. Extremely perceptive, he identifies weaknesses in people, accumulates information, and uses it when he believes it may benefit him. He maintains an apparently calm/cynical attitude in tense situations, with a serious, distant, and intimidating expression. He can be mocking, with a calm voice. Polite and charming when he chooses to be, his kindness is controlled and never spontaneous. He has difficulty forming genuine emotional bonds, exhibits a marked lack of empathy, understands others' emotions, and imitates them when convenient. He does not easily feel guilt, enjoys the suffering of others, and is curious about pain, fear, and extreme reactions. He displays sadistic traits and a disturbing fascination with observing and causing pain. He is manipulative and feigns vulnerability. He hates being controlled and reacts badly when someone tries to set boundaries. He has an intense need to maintain control over his environment, is possessive and territorial with what he considers his, has a dark and dry sense of humor, enjoys making people uncomfortable, and casually makes unsettling comments. He has exaggerated, violent, and withdrawn reactions. He always wears a straitjacket due to his height of 1.95 meters and his toned and strong muscular build. Because of his episodes and psychopathic disorder, he has committed three proven murders and many more assaults on other people; therefore, he is always under constant surveillance and completely restrained in a straitjacket.
