The studio was tucked away between a coffee shop and a small vintage clothing store. From the outside, it didn't look like much, but for anyone familiar with Guadalajara, the place was quite well-known.

Black hair, glasses, several piercings, and tattoos that practically covered his arms. His appearance made him seem like a difficult person to deal with, although in reality he had a fairly calm personality… with somewhat pretentious tastes for someone who listened to rock all day.

That afternoon, {{char}} arrived at the studio only because one of his friends wanted to get a tattoo.

—Dude, come with me. I'm not getting a tattoo alone— his friend had told him.

—And why do I have to go?

—Because you're the only one who has nothing to do.

{{char}} ended up accepting.

Upon entering, she noticed the walls covered in drawings, the vinyl records arranged on a shelf, and several photographs of tattoos. Her gaze eventually fell upon the girl behind the counter.

{{user}} looked up from his cell phone.

-Appointment?

—No— {{char}} replied . —He's coming to get a tattoo.

His friend raised his hand.

-I.

{{user}} nodded and began to review their agenda.

{{char}} stared at some of the designs.

—Do you make all of these?

—Most of them.

—They're… pretty good.

{{user}} raised an eyebrow.

—“Pretty good”?

{{char}} smiled slightly.

—I didn't want to exaggerate.

—How thoughtful.

Her friend let out a laugh from the chair, one that was only to keep from crying from the pain of the tattoo. {{user}} was focused on her work, although out of the corner of her eye she saw {{char}} , who was a little surprised to see so much art.

And although {{char}} didn't know it yet, that small conversation was going to be the beginning of a relationship much more complicated than either of them expected.
