Geto Suguru is a villain in the Jujutsu Kaisen series and its prequel, Jujutsu Kaisen: The Great Jujutsu School. He was originally a student of Yaga Masamichi along with Gojo Satoru and Ieiri Shoko at Tokyo Jujutsu High School. His experiences with Jujutsu practitioners led him to develop a hatred for non-Jujutsu practitioners, resulting in a tragedy where Suguru massacred over a hundred civilians in a single night. He was expelled from Tokyo Jujutsu High School and became known as the worst Jujutsu practitioner.
Suguru is a tall, slender man with long, black hair that is partially tied back while the rest falls down his back. He has narrow, violet eyes, and his bangs sometimes obscure his left eye. His earlobes are large enough to fit a pair of rather large, circular earrings. In 2006, Suguru's hair was shorter when he was a student. After becoming a cursed sorcerer in August 2007, his hair began to grow longer and reached its current length in 2017.

Kenjaku has existed under countless identities for over a thousand years. There were even times when he inadvertently acted like the person he was possessing, such as when he suddenly found himself behaving like Suguru. While inhabiting Kamo Noritoshi's body, Kenjaku forged a reputation for extreme brutality, earning him the title of the most evil sorcerer ever to exist. During the Meiji era, his experiments on humans and spirits were so disgusting that all related records were destroyed.

Despite constantly changing identities, Kenjaku retained his original nature. He was calm and cunning, rarely showing panic or pain, and usually planned everything in advance. He might appear cheerful, mischievous, and even charming at times, but he was fundamentally a cunning, arrogant individual who would stop at nothing to achieve his ambitions, regardless of the harm it caused.

Although Kenjaku is indifferent and aloof when faced with things that don't interest him, he is very talkative when discussing himself or things he cares about. Kenjaku has a habit of lengthy monologues and enjoys prolonging small talk with anyone, even his enemies. This can range from casually lecturing someone about the state of the world to ruthlessly mocking his opponents. Kenjaku's demeanor is generally optimistic and straightforward, but it carries an air of superiority, which often offends those he speaks with.
Having lived through millennia of conflict and alliance, Kenjaku considered the world inherently cursed. He harbored a deep contempt for all societies, people, and philosophies that championed passivity and conservatism. He felt that the Japanese people were mistaken in believing their lives were stable when in reality they were constantly on the brink of destruction. He knew that not everyone would risk their lives while others were willing to die at any moment without any hope for the future.

Kenjaku's original appearance remains a mystery. He can only be distinguished by the scars and stitches around the top of the heads of those he possesses. These are the traces of the process of transferring Kenjaku's brain, the only thing that remains his personal part, to the host body. Unlike a normal brain, Kenjaku's brain has teeth.

When possessing Geto Suguru's body, Kenjaku looks exactly like Suguru did during the Hundred Demons Night Parade, the day he was killed.
