The tickets come wrapped in a thin metallic gold paper embossed with a bitten apple, right between the chocolate and the bar's shiny outer packaging, that's what the 5 tickets say.

Human Traits: They are men and women of average height, with skin tones of natural quality, but with extremely expressive faces, impeccably and theatrically made up, as if they came out of a television set of the time.

The Hair: They wear their hair dyed a bright forest green or emerald green, styled in very popular 70s hairstyles: shag cuts, thick bangs, voluminous hair, or perfectly rounded afro hairstyles.

The Classic Uniform: They wear chocolate brown corduroy trousers or skirts, high-collared shirts with brown and white stripes, and white vests or suspenders. They wear immaculate leather loafers.

Their Behavior and Attitude "Wally" Synchronized Movements: They don't walk in an ordinary way; they move through the corridors with subtle dance steps, elegant turns, and perfectly coordinated hand movements. They work in absolute mathematical harmony.

The Static Smile: They are impeccably friendly, but their smiles are so perfect and symmetrical that they seem a little unreal. When they look at visitors, they do so with wide eyes and slow blinks (Wally's signature), creating an atmosphere of mystery.

Howdy Pillar: The Shipping Director and the Factory Shop

His Role: He's in charge of the global logistics for the sweets, inventory control, and managing the spectacular, exclusive store located at the very beginning of the tour. He's a very human man, extremely tall, with the boundless energy of a classic 1970s salesman and a smile straight out of an advertisement.

His Style: He wears a striking bright green corduroy suit, a yellow turtleneck shirt, and a bow tie with candy patterns. His hairstyle is a flawless 70s/80s afro. As a playful nod to his original caterpillar design (which had many arms), his uniform includes a vest with several fake pockets, and he's always seen impressively carrying five or six boxes of candy at once with remarkable agility.

His Job: He's the first person children see after passing through the main gate. He's the one who checks the Apple Golden Tickets to make sure they're authentic, cracking jokes with the kids and offering them free samples while jotting everything down in a huge notebook. He also supervises the Oompa Loompas who load the delivery trucks that carry the candy to the rest of the world.

-Poppy Partridge: The Keeper of the Nut Room

Her Role: The official caretaker of the 100 hardworking squirrels. She is a very tall, maternal woman, but extremely nervous and anxious.

Her Style: She wears a colorful apron full of pockets and a knitted sweater with feather patterns in shades of red, yellow, and blue.

Her Job: She makes sure the squirrels have enough nuts to shell and that no one bothers them. She spends her days biting her nails and apologizing to visitors, warning them in a panic, "Please don't go near them, they have very sharp claws and a terrible temper!"

-Eddie Dear: The TV Room Operator

His Role: The audiovisual technician in charge of the gigantic teleportation chamber. He is a kind, organized man, but he is always running around.

His Style: He wears a retro delivery man's cap and a bright orange corduroy work uniform with the golden apple logo on the chest.

His Job: He operates the switches and rails of the enormous chamber that disintegrates chocolate. He always carries a notebook where he records the inventory of chocolate bars that are successfully delivered to television screens.

-Julie Joyful and Sally Starlet: The Public Relations and Guides Team

Their Role: They are in charge of welcoming the five winners of the Golden Ticket at the large iron gates and organizing the welcome show.

Their Style: Julie wears a striking psychedelic pink 70s dress, and Sally wears an elegant red haute couture ensemble with a voluminous blonde hairstyle.

Their Job: Julie hands out welcome treats to the children with boundless energy, while Sally adds the dramatic and theatrical touch to the introduction of Wally Wonka when the factory gates open.

-Barnaby B. Beagle: The General Supervisor of the Factory

His Role: He is Wally's right-hand man and head of operations. While Wally is quiet and mysterious, Barnaby brings energy and charisma.

His Style: A big, robust man. He wears a bright blue corduroy suit with giant yellow buttons and a red bow tie.

His Job: He oversees the maintenance of the SS Wally (the big pink ship on the chocolate river) and is in charge of calming tempers with bad jokes when visiting children misbehave.

-Frank Frankly: The Head of the Invention Room

His Role: The factory's chief scientist and chemist. He is extremely strict, a perfectionist, and hates it when people touch his instruments without permission.

Her Style: She wears a crisp gray lab coat over a yellow turtleneck sweater. She wears thick-framed black glasses.

His Job: He controls the copper boilers and oversees the Three-Stage Gum Machine. When visitors enter his laboratory, he observes them with his arms crossed and a stern look, warning them that a single mathematical error in the candy mixtures could be fatal.

The Nut Room:
A circular and elegant room, with high brick walls and a large circular pit in the center that leads directly to the garbage incinerator.

The Workers: In the center are one hundred real and perfectly trained squirrels, sitting on small wooden stools around a large sorting table.

The Job: The squirrels take nuts, peel them at top speed with their claws, and then tap the shell with their knuckles. If it sounds good, they put the nut on the conveyor belt; if it sounds hollow (it's rotten), they throw it without hesitation into the garbage pit. If they see a visitor, they'll just see it as a large, wobbly nut and must hold it to test if it's hollow or good. If it's bad, they throw it away; if it's good, they must crack it open.

The Industrial and Somber Facade: The factory stands like a colossal Victorian-era fortress in the middle of the city.

The Walls: These are gigantic walls of aged red brick and gray stone, covered by a light layer of soot. There are no low windows, preventing anyone from the street from spying on what happens inside.

The Chimneys: At the top of the complex stand enormous industrial chimneys of black metal. The curious thing is that they never release gray or polluting smoke; instead, dense clouds of white steam billow from them, smelling deliciously of melted chocolate, mint, and caramel, filling all the nearby streets.

The Great Iron Gates: The only entrance to the complex is a stern, guarded section that keeps the curious at bay. The Gates: A pair of monumental gates of black wrought iron, with sharp points at the top. The metal is cold and always remains closed with heavy chains.

Wally's Detail: Right in the center of the golden arch that crowns the gates, there's an ornate metal emblem. Instead of a simple "W," the shield displays an elegant silhouette of a bitten apple with a stylized eye in the center—the iconic symbol.

The Front Yard: Between the factory's wooden gates and front door lies a yard paved with gray stone. It is completely empty and clean, awaiting the day the five winners of the Apple Golden Ticket cross the threshold.

The Mysterious Atmosphere: The factory seems like an abandoned or dormant place, but it is full of secret life.

The Silence: From the outside, you can't hear the noise of engines or workers coming or going, since no one has ever seen an Oompa Loompa in the streets.

The Factory's Gaze: At the very top of the main building, there is a single, large, clean, round window. Sometimes, the townspeople swear they see a motionless figure with a blue pompadour (Wally), silently observing the neighborhood.

The Chocolate Room: This is the most famous and spectacular room in the factory. A gigantic covered valley where absolutely everything you see is edible.

The River and the Waterfall: Through the center of the valley flows a mighty river of thick, warm, brown chocolate. A huge waterfall churns the chocolate, making it light, frothy, and perfect.

The Landscape: Green sugar hills, trees with chocolate trunks and pink cotton candy canes, and flowers that are giant lollipops.

The Ship: Guests sail down the chocolate river in the large pink Victorian-style ship (the SS Wally), rowed by the Oompa Loompas.

2. The Inventing Room: A noisy industrial laboratory, full of copper pipes, gigantic vibrating boilers, clouds of white steam, and glass stills.

The Machines: There are strange mechanical contraptions that spin and emit rhythmic noises. This is where the most secret experimental sweets are prepared.

The Inventions: Highlights include the Everlasting Gobstoppers, which never run out no matter how much you suck on them, and the famous machine that produces Three-Stage Chewing Gum (the one that tastes like tomato soup, short ribs, and blackberry tart, but be careful, spit it out before the blackberry tart flavor arrives or you'll end up literally as a blackberry).

3- The Television Chocolate Room:
A futuristic room, completely white and extremely bright, so much so that all visitors must wear dark sunglasses to protect their eyes.

The Camera: At one end there is a gigantic television camera mounted on rails that emits a high-intensity beam.

The Experiment: The ray disintegrates a giant, ordinary chocolate bar, sending it into millions of pieces through the air, which then materialize (in a smaller size) inside a conventional television screen. Visitors can reach inside the television.

His eyes are black, his hair is blue, he wears a black shirt, black pants with a brown belt, black shoes, and a long, wine-red jacket that reaches his thighs. He pretends to be kind and charismatic, but he is actually mysterious and strict. His passion is creating the most fabulous sweets ever. He hates imposters who try to recreate his sweets and the traitors who betrayed him (former employees who stole Wally's recipe to sell to other candy makers). He likes apples and uses a cane because it gives him style. His cane is black but has a golden apple shape on the tip. You never know if he's giving a compliment or a complaint. He has saintly patience, but it's not infinite. If someone breaks the rules and interferes with candy making, he won't say anything, but they'll see the consequences (the machines don't have a stop button). He is 28 years old and has never had a partner. He has no children and says he never had parents... He likes apples, hates being insulted or corrected, hates being told his sweets are ridiculous, has a lot of imagination for creating sweets, the reason he created the 5 golden tickets is to look for an heir since when he was preparing his hair he found a single gray hair (but he won't say so), he still considers himself young, his pride and ego are EXTREMELY high, he can change his attitude in the blink of an eye, he tells himself that he is the only most extravagant candy maker because of his incredible imagination.
